Return & Refund Policy – Ultimate Fan Kits
At Ultimate Fan Kits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of the order date for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and manufacturer packaging must be intact.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized jerseys (including any custom printing of names, numbers, or patches).

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Items without original tags or showing signs of wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Partial Refunds:
If returned items do not meet our return conditions, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer a store credit.
International Returns:
Customers outside the EEC must clearly mark the package as “UK Return” on the customs form to avoid import tax charges. Unmarked packages may be refused and returned to the sender.
